This primary bathroom received a complete overhaul and refresh! The bathtub and builder grade vanity were both removed to make way for a walk-in shower adorned with oversized subway tiles, an outcove for shampoo and soaps, and bench seating. A custom designed dual sink vanity with additional storage, new hardware, and under-mount sinks was brought in to elevate the function of the space. New wood-look tile flooring, baseboards, fresh paint, new mirrors and medicine cabinets, a brand new shutter, and additional recessed lighting create a timeless bathroom to be enjoyed for years to come.
Murrieta
This primary bathroom was converted from a builder-grade fiberglass shower and separate bathtub into an oversized luxurious walk-in shower. The bathtub was eliminated and the space showcases a spa-like experience with neutral colored stacked vertical tiles reaching the height of the ceiling, quartz lined niches carved out of the walls for necessities, and water fixtures that will stand the test of time and provide ultimate comfort and relaxation in a space that exudes elegance. A quartz bench below a custom rain-glass window provides a modern and stylish option for privacy and light to filter into the space. New tile flooring and paint complete the room as new modern light fixtures brighten the space.

We were contacted by this homeowner who was looking to update their exterior elevation. Stacked stone was sourced from a local supplier and installed to provide an elegant and modern refresh for this ranch-style home.

The Villages, Temecula
This lovely Temecula home was in need of new exterior siding and fresh paint. We removed the shingle style siding and replaced it with Hardie Siding. The column in the front of the home (to the right of the front window) on the porch area was narrow and exposed to the elements, so we added Hardie siding to match the structure and bring a cohesive look to the elevation of the home.
The owners chose Benjamin Moore “White Dove” for the trim, Benjamin Moore “Bar Harbor Beige” for the siding, Benjamin Moore “Muslin” for the stucco, and Benjamin Moore “Jack Pine” for the front door.
